✅ 1-Month Manufacturing Warranty
All our products are backed by a 1-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, workmanship issues, and faulty hardware — because we’re confident in the quality and durability of every piece we make.
✅ What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in stitching or seams
- Faulty hooks, rings, tracks, or hardware
- Fabric flaws present at the time of delivery
- Incorrect sizing resulting from a measurement error on our part
❌ What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Fading or damage caused by prolonged sun or environmental exposure
- Damage from improper washing, ironing, or handling
- Alterations or repairs carried out by a third party
- Damage caused by pets, accidents, or misuse
📌 Please Note
As our curtains are custom-made to your exact measurements and fabric choice, warranty claims are only valid where a genuine manufacturing defect or workmanship issue is identified. Minor variations in color or texture due to screen display or fabric dye batches are not considered defects.
🔄 How to Claim
Simply share your order number along with clear photos of the issue via WhatsApp or email within 1 month of delivery. Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours and offer the appropriate resolution — repair, replacement, or refund.
